Jake Kowalski is a Pennsylvania native with deep roots in both law enforcement and public service. Guided by a strong family legacy, he began his career in uniform but quickly realized that building safer communities also requires strong leadership in policy.

Now, as a candidate for Secretary of Public Safety, Jake is committed to improving response coordination, supporting first responders, and restoring public trust. He brings frontline experience and a people-first mindset to the Pennsylvania First team, focused on transparency, accountability, and real results.
